Blaqk Audio Partners with Keep A Breast Foundation

Century Media Records, Blaqk Audio and Keep A Breast Foundation are teaming up for a good cause!

For every Bright Black Heaven album sold on iTunes, fifty cents will be donated to Keep A Breast to educate people about breast cancer detection and prevention.

Charities like this one and “Save the Tatas” always make me cringe. I can’t help but think that it probably makes women who are facing mastectomies feel like shit – to know that even the people who are supposedly fighting for a cure for her are more interested in saving her breasts than saving her life. Must make a really tough decision even harder.
