BrightBlackHeaven.com 2.0 Site Update

After some long thought, we have decided to discontinue the Blaqkfire project before launching it. I personally have come to the realization that Blaqk Audio deserve their own fan site, a website wholly dedicated to their side project and nothing else. Seeing Davey tweet about us really was unimaginable to me, I would of never thought that a website I helped run would get so popular. That is why we decided to scrap plans of moving to Blaqkfire.com and reporting both AFI and BA news, because ultimately Blaqk Audio needs their own home.

But that doesn’t mean the awesome features we had planned are going away! Everything that was going to be on Blaqkfire is coming right here to BrightBlackHeaven.com. It will be the biggest update this website has ever received (hence the 2.0 name). Just SOME of the planned new features are:

Completely redesigned theme (go to Blaqkfire.com to see what it could look like)
Your own account and username here which you will use to post on our forums, comment on posts, etc.
A full featured (real) forum. It will likely be run through IP Board software.
New logo
BBH.com iOS app
A knowledge database that is user editable (like a Wiki), so it remain comprehensive and up to date

The 2.0 update is expected to be ready around February or March. Thanks for your continued support of the site!
